About Rahman (Ray)

Rahman Ünal is a Cloud Solution Architect and Consultant at Bechtle working with teams across Germany on Cloud computing technologies like Microsoft Azure, Microsoft365 and Power Platform. He is a certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert & Azure DevOps Engineer Expert and is leveraging cloud technologies to empower humans. He blogs about Microsoft Stuff, is a Native German, and Turkish speaker also fluent in English and has shaped his spirited multicultural personality as a grown-up child of a turkish working-class family in Germany throughout his Work-Life experience.

Prior to his actual role, Rahman started his professional career in 2016 as a working Student in the IT sector, where he worked as an IT Incident Manager at Allgeier. He subsequently held IT Positions at Vorwerk, ARAG IT & Peakwork AG during his bachelor studies at Business informatics at university of applied sciences Niederrhein in Mönchengladbach, Germany.

As a lifelong learner, he is proud of finishing his Master of Business Administration degree in 2023 from the University of East London (London, UK) in conjunction with Rheinische University of applied sciences (Cologne, Germany).

He is currently living in Düsseldorf. His interests range from Technology to Entrepreneurship, and he is also interested in Coffee.
